- - Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
- - Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
REFERRAL PARTNER
1% or 20% of Total Broker's Commission + Incentives
- - Identify and refer individuals or businesses looking to buy or sell real estate.
- - Build relationships and expand your personal referral network.
- - Maintain clear communication with the real estate team to ensure smooth client hand-off.
- - Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- - Stay informed about basic real estate trends to speak confidently with potential leads (training provided).
