SALES AGENTS

3% or 60% of Total Broker's Commission + Incentives

  1. - Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, & marketing efforts.

  2. - Assist clients in viewing and purchasing the properties.

  3. - Conduct property showings and client presentations.

  4. - Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity.

  5. - Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.



REFERRAL PARTNER

1% or 20% of Total Broker's Commission + Incentives

  1. - Identify and refer individuals or businesses looking to buy or sell real estate.

  2. - Build relationships and expand your personal referral network.

  3. - Maintain clear communication with the real estate team to ensure smooth client hand-off.

  4. - Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

  5. - Stay informed about basic real estate trends to speak confidently with potential leads (training provided).
